Legal — Terms & Notices (Australia)

This page summarises the legal terms, consumer rights under Australian law, intellectual property, and how to raise complaints with Bonusclaimvault.

Terms of Service — Key Clauses

We provide social media marketing and management services as described in signed proposals. Deliverables, timelines and fees are set in each proposal. Routine platform access and credentials are required to perform services.

Invoices are payable per agreement. Refunds are considered case-by-case and must align with Australian Consumer Law where applicable. Any recurring services can be cancelled with the notice period in the agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these legal terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Privacy & Data Handling (Australia)

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. Data is used to deliver services, run ads, and provide analytics. We retain account data for contractual and legal purposes.

  • Data transfers: where necessary to run services (platform providers, ad networks).
  • Retention: as required for service fulfilment and legal compliance.
  • Requests: you may request access, correction or deletion via contacts on the Privacy page.
